WHO IS iNNOVATE GROUP?

iNNOVATE Group Inc. was founded out of the increasing need by owners and property managers experiencing a declining financial real estate environment and facing increasing capital improvement costs of their buildings.  At some point in time, a building’s roof condition will need to be addressed due to declining performance.  Replacing aging roofs are becoming an ever increasing, financial burden on the owners, property managers and building occupants.   

iNNOVATE’s roots come from the owner’s 25 years of building construction experience with an understanding of all types of roof systems, and over 13 years of facility management.  iNNOVATE understands the constraints on owner’s Capital Expenditures vs Common Area Maintenance Expenses; capital depreciation requirements vs same year maintenance write-offs or tenant reimbursements; and the need to maintain the building occupant’s satisfaction.   

We saw the benefit in finding a viable alternative to roof replacements that would be sustainable and cost effective while providing peace of mind to building occupants. Extensive research and testing various products and systems lead us to the industry’s most advanced Fluid Applied Roofing System…UNIFLEX®, a business unit of Sherwin-Williams.  UNIFLEX® engineered the industry’s first fluid applied roof coating in 1946 and they are considered the industry leader in roofing technology and one of the first in the business to receive ISO 9001 registration. 

By educating owners and property managers on their options and the advancements in fluid applied roofing systems, our commitment to quality and workmanship, iNNOVATE has become the St. Louis region’s premier and largest installer of the UNIFLEX® Fluid Applied Roofing System by Sherwin Williams.
